Despite Shirley McArthur sharing that, “we definitely don’t have much funds,” oftentimes, the couple ends up paying for the event themselves. Neil McArthur simply wants to offer the local Sarasota community “words of encouragement” and to “let them know they’re still loved.” Since the couple could use some assistance in their initiative, Sarasota movers and close friends and family to the couple, urge residents to aid in any way they can.
